Ramon Montijo’s practice is devoted exclusively to family law. He received his undergraduate degree in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley. After college, he did graduate work in Near Eastern Archaeology and Cultural Anthropology. He attended San Francisco Law School and was awarded a Juris Doctorate in 2006.
Mr. Montijo’s career in family law began in 2008, when he began volunteering at Pro Bono Project Silicon Valley in San Jose. He has practiced family law exclusively since that time. Prior to joining Tour-Sarkissian Law Offices, LLP, in September 2015, he worked as a family law associate at several Bay Area law firms and as a staff attorney at Bay Area Legal Aid.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Montijo interned at the Santa Clara County Public Defender’s Office, and worked briefly as a defense attorney at the Fresno County Public Defender’s Office.
