Didier J. Jaubert is a French attorney with extensive knowledge of international legal and business systems, specializing in Commercial Law, Commercial Litigation, International Investments and International Real Estate.
Didier received a Bachelor of Arts in Civil and Commercial Law and
a Master's Degree of Law in Civil and Commercial Litigation from
the Université de Provence-Aix, in Marseille, France. As a junior
attorney with Doise, Coutard & Associates in Paris, Didier practiced law, specializing in commercial litigation, foreign investments, and corporate and labor law. He published an article in the Journal of the Law Society of Scotland entitled "Liability of Directors under French Law", 1985 and was awarded the Eurolawyer 1985 by the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. While with Doise, Coutard & Associates, Didier founded a start-up company specializing in real estate, business transfers, and sales of pharmacies.
In 1990 he founded Jaubert & Associates, a firm specializing in the recovery of debts, commercial and civil litigation, liquidations and public auctions.
In 2002 Didier moved to California and became the founder, president
and managing partner of a fine food distribution company, Sonoma
Saveurs, a company supplying duck meat products to top restaurants
in California and United States, and a French bistro in the California
Wine Country which received national press recognition (The Wine
Enthusiast, The New York Times, The Wine Spectator) and is rated
26/30 in the Zagat Survey 2005.
In 2004 Didier Jaubert became the correspondent attorney of Tour-Sarkissian
Law Offices and has been practicing law in France in the fields of
real estate law, litigation, collection, and business transactions.
