Mr. Edward Mevi was admitted to the California Bar in 1972. He received
a B.A. in 1966, from San Francisco State University, and a Juris
Doctorate in 1971 from Hastings College of the Law, University of
California. Mr. Mevi is a member of the Order of the Coif, Thurston
Society, and the Accounting Honor Society. Mr. Mevi is a member of the
State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, and the Lawyer's
Club of San Francisco. In addition, he is admitted to the U.S. District
Courts for the Northern District, Southern District, Eastern District,
and the Court of Appeal for the Ninth District. Mr. Mevi's areas of
practice are: Taxation; Corporate Law; Partnership Law; Real Estate;
Real Estate Acquisition and Sales; Business Law; Secured Transactions,
Secured Lending; Securities Litigation; Real Estate Litigation;
Construction Litigation; Commercial Litigation.
