Helene Peisse

Helene is a French notary (diplomee notaire). She has worked in a notarial firm in London and in Paris as a notary associate (notaire assistant) specializing in real estate, family law, estate planning, and international collection matters. Helene received her training at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, which also granted her a Masters in Private Law and a diploma in International Comparative Law. Helene joined the Tour-Sarkissian Law Offices in 2011 (Helene is not a member of the California State Bar). Bilingual in French and English, Helene bolsters the firm’s expertise in private international law. She deals with a wide variety of areas relating to cross-border family law and French estate planning issues (marriage, divorce, gifts and donations, inheritance) and real estate transactions (taxation, mortgages, sale and purchase agreements, French business organizations).
