Michael received his B.A, summa cum laude, in Psychology, with distinction, from San Diego State University. He received his J.D. from Golden Gate University in San Francisco where he externed for the Hon. Chief Magistrate Judge James Larson in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Further, Michael is a recent graduate, with honors, from Golden Gate University School of Law’s LLM in Taxation program, where he interned with the Office of Chief Counsel, Internal Revenue Service. Michael joined the Tour-Sarkissian Law Offices in 2009 as an associate. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the Young Tax Lawyers’ Association.
