Phil Foster is a litigation and trial attorney whose practice areas primarily include real estate and commercial law. As part of the discovery process, Phil regularly conducts and defends depositions and is routinely involved in law and motion matters. Beyond litigation, Phil has brought numerous cases to early favorable settlement and is frequently involved in mediations. Phil earned his B.A. in English from the University of Iowa and attended Golden Gate University School of Law, where he taught Property and Real Estate Transactions as a teaching assistant for Professor Roger Bernhardt. Phil joined the Tour-Sarkissian Law Offices, LLP in February 2008 and is a member of the California State Bar.
