Tania specializes in credit and other financial transactions, estate planning and probate, corporate law, and food and alcoholic beverages law. She has been in practice since 1986, and joined Tour-Sarkissian Law Offices in 2009. Tania received a B.A. cum laude from Yale College (1981), a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law (1984), and clerked for the Hon. Walter Rice, U.S. States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. She has represented numerous lenders and other financial institutions and worked as in-house counsel for Bank of America and Charles Schwab Bank. A life-long restaurant enthusiast, she is co-author with Paul Tour-Sarkissian of The Essential Guide to California Restaurant Law (Carolina Academic Press 2009).
