Biography
Tania Tour-Sarkissian is a transactional attorney specializing in commercial law, corporate law, food and beverage law, and restaurant law. She has represented lenders in a wide variety of credit transactions. Before serving as of counsel at TSLO, she was in the legal department at Bank of America and at Charles Schwab Bank, specializing in syndicate credit facilities and secured lending. Drawing on her experience as corporate counsel and sustained exposure to the restaurant industry, Tania has co-authored The Essential Guide to California Restaurant Law (Carolina Academic Press 2010) and the 2017 Supplement to The Essential Guide to California Restaurant Law (Carolina Academic Press 2017). Tania is a graduate of Yale and of Columbia Law School, and is admitted to practice in California.
